Payment and closing the ticket
How to accept payment and close the ticket
After the ticket was assigned a "Closed" status (marked with a wallet icon) a payment window pops up.
In this window the payment method can be chosen
  • cash
  • card
While the payment procedure you should also choose which documents should be printed out (all the further payments would get the same documents printed later).
After the payment the money will be transferred to the cash desk (payments).
