The ticket has several executors
What if more than 1 executor are working with 1 ticket?
One ticket can have more than one executor (technician). The commission would be added to the one whose name is mentioned in the service or goods entry.
You will see the names of executors in "Goods and services" table.

To change the default executor you would need to:
  1. Open the service or goods entry in the ticket you created
  2. Change the default executor
  3. Choose the other executor from the list.
