How to Get Started with the New Feature?

Simply log in to your HelloClient account and navigate to the "Reports" > "Salary" module. And that’s it!
You’ll immediately see in the report the amounts earned by employees each month, including bonuses and penalties — excluding payouts, as well as a separate tab for "Payouts"!

Hello, friends! We're excited to share with you another update in HelloClient that makes task management even more convenient and efficient
What's New?

  • Tasks are now automatically sorted by the proximity of their deadlines. This will allow you and your team to quickly identify which tasks require more attention, simplifying planning and enhancing the productivity of your business. No more need to scroll through lists of tasks organized by creation date — the chance of a task becoming overdue is minimal, as the most urgent tasks are always right before your eyes!
How to Start Using the New Feature?

  • The update is already available for all users. Simply log in to your account, and you will see the changes in the "Tasks" module.

You asked, and we delivered!
Now you have the function to “Hide Cost Price”.

What does this provide?

  • Security and Confidentiality: Hiding the cost price helps protect your commercial data. Now, only the employees who need it can see the cost details. This is especially relevant when working with confidential projects.

  • Focus on What’s Important: You can concentrate on key tasks without being distracted by cost details. This is particularly useful for managers who need to make quick decisions and manage business processes.
  • Ease for New Employees: For newcomers, in particular, this will ease their adaptation. They will be able to navigate the system more quickly, without being overwhelmed by excessive information.

  • Work Efficiency: Reducing the amount of visible information will help you find necessary data faster and make decisions more efficiently. This will enhance your work performance.
How to do it?

Go to Settings/Employees, click on an employee
In the "General" rights section, find the right “See purchase prices of goods” - if the right is enabled (checked), then the employee will not see the purchase prices of goods in the system.

We are excited to share the latest update to our CRM system.
You might have noticed that previously some buttons were not very noticeable. They were either in a blind spot or obscured by the interface itself.
Taking into account your feedback and experience with the system, we have made changes that will help new employees get up to speed more quickly and make your work more efficient.
What has changed?

  • Simplified Onboarding for New Employees: Important buttons are now placed in more convenient locations. Employees can adapt to the system more quickly and start productive work from day one.

  • Improved Clarity: We have redesigned the buttons to make them more noticeable. Key buttons are now prominently highlighted compared to other elements of the software.
  • Enhanced Visibility: We have moved the key buttons from the blind spot in the bottom right corner to a more visually accessible location - now you can find the necessary functions immediately, without wasting time searching.

  • Error Reduction: The "MORE" button helps to avoid accidental clicks. Now you know exactly where to click.
