Tracking ticket events, adding comments and photos
The ticket's story contains all the events linked to the ticked in chronological order. Who created the ticket; who was it assigned to; who was its manager. Who and when modified the status. Who and when added a service or goods to the ticket. You can also add comments to the story and use it as a chat. The comments can not be deleted.
